Refund policy

THE HOOROO GUARANTEE

At Hooroo Adventures, we pride ourselves in only selling quality products that are tried and tested by our own team. Your adventures and satisfaction is our number one priority, so if you need to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days for a full refund. The products must be in 'as new' condition (unopened, unused and undamaged) within 14 days of purchasing or receiving them.

Note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for one off special orders which are not in stock or available on our website. 

Returned goods should be sent (at your own cost) via Australia Post (registered post recommended for security) to "Hooroo Returns – 26 Park Road, Sans Souci NSW 2219".

Please ensure that you include your name, phone number and receipt so we know who the returned goods are from. Please allow a few days for your refund to be processed after we receive the goods.

 

EXCHANGE

If you have purchased a product from Hooroo Adventures and decide that you would prefer a different model or size, contact us by email at thomas@hoorooadventures.com.au to discuss and arrange an exchange.

Provided the original purchase is returned in 'as new' condition, we will happily exchange the product and credit your new purchase with the full amount of any previous payment. In the event that the replacement product is less expensive than the original purchase, we will refund you the difference via the original payment method.
